CTS #325

Good morning! There is much rejoicing in my house this morning as my husband finished planting the last field late last night. It has been a rough planting season and I could tell it was getting to him. Now, he can relax a little. I'm not sure he ever actually relaxes, ha ha! On the other hand, I make it a point to get in some relaxing often and I just so happened to use this week's sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch to get some relaxing crafting done. Here's my take on this week's sketch:

I used an older stamp set from There She Goes for the grad caps and diploma, stamping them in black and adding a little color with copics. Then I went about fussy cutting them to add to this fun patterned paper from Honey Bee Stamps. It was just perfect as my backdrop popped up in the center of the Avery Elle frame cut in red. I layered it all on a black background attached to a white card base.  To finish it of, I added the Grad sentiment from Simon Says Stamp.  Here's a closer look:
