25 Days of Christmas Tags and Lil' Inker Designs
Good morning!! I'm super excited to be part of today's 25 Days of Christmas Tags post and to be working with Tracey for Day 6. I just love her! She's the sweetest person and I'm so so lucky to have gotten the chance to meet her in person and get to craft with her for a wonderful long weekend. I can't wait until we can do it again. Well, today, Lil' Inker Designs is joining forces with Tracey and I'm super excited to share my creations with all of you.
I decided this time around I'd make an assortment of fun tags with an assortment of awesome Lil' Inker Designs products! First up, I cut various tags using the Anytime Tags 2 Die Set, Dotted Tag Dies, and Ornamental Christmas Tag Dies. I also made sure to cut that cute little shape that goes around each hole in gold because I knew I was going with a black, white, and gold color theme. Then I got to stamping and embossing. The large black tag uses stamps from Rustic Christmas. The large white tag uses images from the new Festive Florals Stamps. Next up, and oldie but goodies the snowflakes are from Cozy Winter Wishes. The small Dotted Tag was created using one of the patterns on the trees in the Filled Christmas Tree Stamps. The final tag uses the bell tag die from Ornamental Christmas Tag Dies and a stamp from Ornamental Christmas Stamps. Here's a closer look:

Lil' Inker Designs October Release Day 3!
Well, it's the last day of our new release hop at Lil' Inker Designs and I'm super excited to show off these last couple products. Hopefully, you started out at the the Lil' Inker Blog so you don't miss a stop on the hop and have come here from the amazing Angel's blog. If you are feeling a little lost, make sure you hop back to the Lil' Inker Blog to get back on the trail of fun. You can also check out the Lil' Inker Store where all of the new release goodies, and a whole lot more, are ready and waiting for you to put in your cart!
For my first card, I'm featuring All The Christmas You'll Ever Need 2 Stamp Set and the Dual Stitched Christmas Tree Dies.
My next creation is going to stay right in this spot on my end table through Christmas. I love how it turned out. I created this frame using the Dual Stitched Christmas Tree Dies and the Filled Christmas Tree Stamps.
I had all kinds of fabric scraps hanging around my desk area after making some hoop art. I looked at it and got to thinking about making a fun framed piece for my Christmas decor. I started by attaching a gray polkadot fabric piece to a piece of foam board and sliding that into the frame. Next I used the Dual Stitched Christmas Tree Dies to cut trees from some fun and rustic Christmas papers. I stuck these onto my framed fabric piece using foam tape to add dimension. I wanted to add a little more interest to the center chalkboard tree by stamping and embossing it with the Filled Christmas Tree Stamps. Now I had two trees with layers but my final tree needed something. A red button with some twine was just right to finish it off. I liked my creation but felt it needed just a little something to draw your eye directly to the trees. So, I added some black jute mesh on the top and bottom to frame my image even more. Here's a side shot to show you the dimension:
My final card for this release uses the 'Tis the Season Stamp Set and a whole lot of layers!
When I saw this stamp set, I had this crazy idea of piecing it with embossing and layers of gray. So, I grabbed all my gray cardstock and started stamping and embossing the 'Tis the Season Stamp Set over and over. Then I started picking which layers would be which shade of gray and got to cutting and layering. Some layers I popped with foam tape and some I just layered with adhesive. When I had the banner and everything all layered, I hoped it would be finished but it felt like it needed a little something more especially being a Christmas card. So, I added a chunk of glitter paper but I still didn't like it so I added a bit of red metallic with the Stitched Scallop Border Die. Finally, I added a stripe of dark gray just to finish it off. Then I had to stop! Ha ha! Here's a closer look:
