Good morning and happy end of May! I can't believe the school year is
already over for my boys and they are settling into their summer
routine. I finally had a chance to map out our summer so I have half a
clue of what is going on now that things are all moving around or getting cancelled. With things forcing me to slow down, we might be able to kick back and relax this summer. Here's hoping. Speaking of relaxing,
have you taken the time to check out this week's CAS(E) this Sketch challenge? It might be just what you need to get your creative juices going. Here's my take on it:
I am still trying to figure out what I need for graduation cards this year. It is so strange not having parties all lined up. I haven't figured out if I should hold the cards for the possibility of grad parties later or just send them so they can feel the love now. I guess if I make enough cards, I can do both. I went with a nice green for this card and added two white stripes. I used some fun products from Simon Says Stamp that I just got yesterday! I just love the "grad" font on this set and it looks so cute with the cap. I finished it off with a small little sentiment and some glittery stars. Here's a closer look:
I hope you enjoyed my card for this week and will come join us at CAS(E) this Sketch.
