Happy 2020!!!!  How in the world is that even possible?  I'm not really sure where the holidays went but they certainly flew by.  I hope you all are having a great new year so far and are ready to play along with us at CAS(E) this Sketch.  We have a fun challenge for you guys today and I happen to LOVE how my card turned out.  It might be a loose interpretation of the sketch but, oh well!  Ha ha.  It took me awhile to create something I liked so I'm going with it.  I swear I lose all my card making mojo during the holidays and it takes FOREVER to get back.  I think I also lose a little bit of my mind because I totally forgot to photograph my card until this morning and, of course, it is pitch black out.  Oh well, some picture is better than no picture, right?  Here's my card:

I had a great but trying time creating this card for you today. I tried several different ideas and different card base colors before settling on a sunrise blend on a kraft card stock. I masked off my rectangle and then used distress ink to create my background. Next, I stamped this awesome sentiment stamp from Honey Bee Stamps in black ink and then added some gold stars. I cut this just a touch on the sides and layered it on a black card base to help the sentiment really pop. Here's another look:
