CTS #276

Hi, you guys!!  I hope you are having an awesome week.  Mine has been busy and a little odd.  My littlest guy has been at camp all week and my oldest just got back from wakeboard camp.  So, it has been quite but busy all at the same time.  I guess that is how summer tends to be.  It is pouring this morning and I'm just hoping we don't end up getting hail.  All the corn and beans are up all around the area and hail is NEVER a welcome thing with crops in the ground.  The weather radio mentioned half dollar size hail and I'm hoping that is just an April Fool's joke in June?  So, while I sit here staring out my window, I've got something much more fun for you to think about!  This week's CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.  Here's what I created:

This card was PERFECT for mass production and I have to admit, I made a bunch of them.  Thank goodness for my Misti.  ;)  I have an original and a mini so I have been able to set up three different layers for stamping and that is what I did here.  I set up two areas on the original and the final on my mine and just changed colors as I stamped these awesome feathers from Lil' Inker Designs' set called Fancy Feathers.  I have to admit that I am not usually a big feather person but this set is one of my favorites.  I love that there are solid images, open images, and images with just a little pattern and the sentiments are great!  It's probably one of my favorite sets.  Here's a closer look at my card and the sketch that inspired it:

I hope you liked my take on the sketch and will join us this week at CAS(E) this Sketch!  We love having you play along.  Here's the set I used on this week's card:
