I don't know about you but my UPS driver and USPS carrier get a serious workout all year long. I order everything from toilet paper to card supplies online which saves me time in the stores but keeps packages coming to my door most days. I see these guys so often that they feel like family and I wanted to make sure they knew we were thinking of them at Christmas time, especially. So, I made them each a card with a gift card holder inside. I figure you they are driving around all day long, the least I can do it buy them a few meals on the go! Here's the card I created to say thanks!
I started with this amazing striped and foiled cardstock. Next, I cut Mini Envelopes Dies & Accessories from a cream cardstock and stamped a sentiment from Sending You Stamps at the bottom. Next, I attached it to the envelope front with foam tape. I stacked the foam tape under the envelope flap to raise it up just a little more than the rest. I love how the flap opens on this envelope! So fun! I thought the envelope needed a little festive fun so I added cuts from Holly Jolly Dies to add a little shine and fun. To finish off the card, I cut Thanks Word Die from gold foiled cardstock and added it below the envelope. A few fun sequins and my card was finished.
I hope you enjoyed seeing my card today. I'm getting caught up with all my Christmas to dos. I hope you are too! I'll see you all tomorrow!
Here's what I used today:
What a great way to remember people who are so important to us!
