Chrissy's Christmas Catch Up #4

The days are just ticking by and Christmas is getting closer and closer!  Ahh!  I think I've got most of my presents bought, made, and wrapped.  I've only got a few more Christmas cards to send out but I have to get baking soon or Santa will be disappointed with a Cliff Bar when he arrives at our house.  Hey, I don't want any coal in my stocking! 

We kept busy this week visiting Christmas Land and a few Christmas light displays.  The boys were SO excited.  I'm trying really hard this year to not stress and just let things come and go as they should.  So far, so good!  Here's a picture of my boys at Christmas Land.

The card I'm sharing today was a collaboration that went well in every way!  The collaboration was between several products from different companies that played really well together.  Just check it out:

I started with a Happy Hues Card from Concord & 9th.  I just adore the water color look to these and the colors are fabulous for a multitude of occasions.  Next, I grabbed my new favorite tool, the Misti to line up my stamp design.  I started by positioning the Hero Arts Greatest Gift stamp set where I wanted it and started positioning my words from Neat & Tangled's Christmas Journaling.  I stamped all of this using my Misti in black ink.  Then I took the sunburst from Papertrey Ink's Nativity Silhouettes Stamp set and stamped it in a coordinating green to highlight the center of my nativity scene.  To finish it off, I colored the Glory with a Wink of Stella gold pen.  It gives it just enough shine.
