Wowza, it has been a buzy blogging week and loads of fun! I hope you enjoyed all my blog hop posts. I had a blast making all the projects to share with you guys. Luckily, many of them actually helped me with my Christmas catch up. I'm almost done with my cards! Just a few more to send out but I have quite a few more to share. So, here goes nothing!
For this card, I started with a teal base that I textured with the Lil' Inker Designs Cover Up Die: Stitched Woodgrain. Next, I cut a piece of patterned paper from the Simon Says Stamps December Card Kit using Stitched Mats: Long & Skinny Rectangles Dies. I added this to the center of the card and tied a ribbon around it holding a red "Hope" that I cut using the Holiday Word Die Tags. I added some stickers from the card kit and some enamel dots to finish off my card.
I hope you like it! I'm really enjoying playing catch up along with you guys! Let's get these done! Woo hoo!
Lovely card Chrissy, the colours, texture and sentiment are SO PRETTY!!!
ReplyDeleteI have only made one Christmas card so far ... I think I will start making mine straight after Christmas this year so that I'm more organised for next year :)
