CTS #119

Morning, everyone!!  It's time for another awesome sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch.  I had a great time with this sketch and I think you are going to love what all the other ladies came up with so, don't forget to go check it out at CAS(E) this Sketch!  Here's my take:

I used the Lil' Inker Designs Balloon Dies and Balloon Builders stamp set to create this super cute birthday card.  I found this chevron paper in my stash and used the dies to cut out my balloons on the side of the card.  I layered that over a navy cardstock base and added a strip of light blue vellum along the bottom of the card.  Next, I stamped my sentiment on normal vellum which I trimmed into a little banner and layered on my card front.  I finished the card off with some bling and the stamped strings.
