A little LUV!!! (A Pink Stamper DT Submission)

Today I finally finished a Valentine's Day card I started 2 days ago! ;) I wanted to make a card that would be a Valentine's card but not an over the top girlie card. Having three boys, I don't do a whole lot of girlie. I fell in love with the dinosaurs on the Create a Critter cartridge and knew one had to be on this card!

As you know I enjoy a good challenge and have been inspired by all the challenges at The Pink Stamper. So, Robyn's challenge was the perfect opportunity to make my card! The challenge was to make a card, scrapbook page, or other Cricut project with a favorite cartridge while using Robyn's favorite colors: pink, green, brown, and an optional color (in my case orange).

For the front of the card, I cut the dinosaur layers at 3.5" and the volcano at 2". The bottom of the volcano is cut flat and I used Orange Peel colored Stickles to glitterfy the lava! The hearts are cut from some heart pattern paper I had in my scrap basket and are popped up with foam mounting tape. Finally, the U and R are some are some Thickers I just happened to have laying around and no animal is complete without a googly eye!

The inside of the card has Dino Mite cut at 2" and sparkled with the same Stickles that were used on the lava. The card is just a Kraft card from a set I got at Hobby Lobby.

I had a blast sharing my card with you and I hope you like it! Have a great day!
