Lil' Inker Designs February Release Day #3

My final card for this release takes it's inspiration from a bunny card I made a while ago using the Peek-A-Boo Bunny Die.  I used the new Sassy Girl Stamps and Sassy Girl Dies, the Fabulous Word Die, and the previously released Deco Edge Border Dies.

Instead of water coloring the stripes on the background of this card, I decided for a bolder look and used the Deco Edge Border Dies to create stripes with fun edges.  I attached these to a white card base because you know I'm a sucker for black and white.  Next, I created my fabulous lady by inking up some card stock for a flesh tone and cutting the pieces using the Sassy Girl Dies.  I stamped and embossing the bow onto the hair pieces using the Sassy Girl Stamps.  I also used the stamps to add eyes and lashes to my face piece.  I layered two cuts of the glasses for a thicker piece and then coated those and the lips in glossy accents.  While the glossy accents was still wet, I added pearls to the corners of the glasses.  With everything dry, I finished off my gal's face with some blush to the cheeks before adding her to the corner of my card front.  I added a portion of a sentiment from Sassy Girl Stamps in the white space of my stripes and added the Fabulous Word Die cut from pink to finish things off.   Here's a closer look:
