CTS #241

Good morning, you guys!!  I'm so excited to share with you guys this week's CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.  We are doing our first ever Retro CTS challenge.  We love our sketches and thought it would be fun to revisit some of them and see if we can come up with a different take.  I went WAY back for our first one and chose #23 without even realizing it was my sketch.  Ha ha!  I'm going to start by showing you my new take on the sketch and then I thought I'd also share my original take from WAY BACK.

I created this card with Illustrated Faith's CHRISTmas collection by Bella Blvd.  I fell in love with this collection last Christmas and bought a bunch of stuff but haven't touched it until now!  I layered some papers and cut a strip from another patterned paper with "O Holy Night" and popped that up with some foam tape.  Then, I arranged my nativity around the popped strip and added another sentiment with a sticker.  Super simple.  Here's a closer look:

Here's a look at what I created when this sketch was brand new!

Ha ha ha!  How fun to look back.  I hope you'll join us at CAS(E) this Sketch this week and if you played along before, we'd love to see your "then" and "now" cards!  Have a great day!!
