CTS #174

Good morning you guys!!  Can I just start this out by saying that I am so sick of rain!!!  It has been raining all week and not just rain but serious storms.  I remember as a kid, I used to sleep better when it was stormy but now as a mom, storms put me on high alert.  Maybe that is why I slept so well as a kid, I knew mom was on duty.  Ha ha!  Lucky for you, today is CAS(E) this Sketch day and the card I have for you can brighten even my gloomy mood.  Ha ha!  Here's what I came up with:

I started my card with a yellow card base that I wanted to peek through my black and white background paper.  I cut two balloons using Lil' Inker Designs Balloons Dies from the black and white polk-a-dot paper before layering it on my card front.  Next I cut some more fun balloons and added them to my card front.  To add my sentiment from Balloon Builders, I stamped it on a strip of vellum which I attached behind a balloon and then wrapped around my card front.  I finished my card off with some enamel accents.
