CTS #158

Good morning!  Are you ready to play along with me and the rest of the team at CAS(E) this Sketch?  The sketch is super fun this week and I hope you'll enjoy it!  I had a million ideas but I couldn't get any of them to work out how I wanted them.  Don't you hate when that happens?  I finally came up with something I was happy with but I was surprised by how much I struggled.  I think it's just been that kind of week.  I haven't made a single card all week and I am in desperate need of birthday cards.  Ah!!  Maybe a Birthday Card Catch Up is needed on the blog.  Here's hoping my inspiration comes back soon.  Until then, here's my card.

I used a piece of patterned paper that I trimmed into strips for a little color on my navy card base.  next I cut some clouds from a coordinating paper using Rainbows & Clouds Die Set and stamped my sentiment using a sentiment from Party Pachyderms Stamps.  I then added this sweet lion from Lovie Friends Stamps that I colored with copics and cut using Lovie Friends Die Set. 

It turned out well but it still wasn't quite what I had in my mind.  Don't you hate when that happens?  Well, I hope the inspiration strikes you and you'll come join us at CAS(E) this Sketch.  We'd love to see what you create!  Here's what I used today:
