CTS #142

Good morning, you guys!  I'm so happy you stopped in to check out my card for this week's CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.  I had a fun time with this card and really want to play with this sketch a little more.  Leigh did such a great job with it!  I hope you like it too.  For now, here's my card:


I didn't do a bit of stamping on this card and I love it just the same.  I found two fun pieces of paper and trimmed out the rectangle border on one to pop up on top of the striped paper.  Then I die cut "birthday" from the My Favorite Things Brushstroke Birthday Greetings and attached it to my rectangle layer.  I finished it off with some alphabet stickers to spell out "happy".  Super simple and I think it will be a fun card for a teen or man's birthday.  I'm on a roll with those lately!  Ha ha!
