Lil' Inker Designs and Freshly Made Sketches

Hi, everyone!  Today the Lil' Inker Design Team is joining forces with Freshly Made Sketches to bring you a super fun challenge celebrating 200 sketches!  You all know how much I love a good sketch so I was thrilled to have some fun with this challenge.  First up, the sketch:

Here's what I came up with for the sketch:

My first thought when I saw this sketch was to grab my Border Builders Die Set but then I thought maybe that was a little too predictable?  I ended up finding this pretty floral paper which led me straight to the Awesome Blossoms Stamps and the Awesome Blossoms Dies.  I stamped my flowers in coordinating colors and then added a strip of grey grid paper with my Stitched Mats: Long & Skinny Rectangles Dies.  I added a hand cut pinked edge along the bottom of my rectangle and stamped a sentiment from  Awesome Blossoms Stamps.  Next, I layered my flowers to the left of the sentiment and my card was done.

I hope you'll join us over at Freshly Made Sketches.  I know the LID team would love to see what you create and you won't want to miss all the other sponsors and their team cards.  It's a party over there!  Here's what I used:

  1. Adorable card!! Lovely flowers! :)
