Moxie Fab: Bright Bite

Today I played with some nice bright colors for Moxie Fab's Tuesday Trigger.  Check out these colors...I'm sure they'll make you want to play along:


I love bright colors but I don't use them often on cards.  I'm going to have to change that especially with summer on the way!  For some reason the first thing that came to my mind when I saw these cookies was my Notched Flowers die from Papertrey Ink.  Cookies always take on that shape with broken edges when pressed down with a glass.  I knew that I had to use that die for this card.  So, here's what I came up with:

Stamps: Heart 2 Heart #4 (PTI)
Dies:  Notched Flowers (PTI), Pinking/RicRac (Clear & Simple Stamps)
Inks:  Tuxedo Black (Momento)
Paper:  Punch, Poppy (Hero Arts), Summer paper pack (American Crafts)
Misc:  Foam Tape (Scotch), Black & White Twine (The Twinery), Button (BoBunny)

    This is really fun and out of the box. I love that your rickrack goes across the window and provides a base for your flower. Definitely have to try this!
