CTS #295

Good morning and happy 2nd post of the day!  Are you getting sick of me yet?  I hope you enjoyed my Lil' Inker Designs new release post (below) and are ready to check out my take on this week's CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.  I have to say, my card couldn't have been simpler but I LOVE how it turned out.  Here's what I made:

This card couldn't have been easier.  I started with some polka dot paper from a KaiserCraft paperpack called First Noel.  It is an AMAZING pack of patterned paper.  A total must have for the holidays.  I added the stripes with some black glitter tape and finished it all off with a sticker from the KaiserCraft First Noel 12 x 12 Sticker Sheet and a bit of holly from the diecut pack.  Here's a closer look:

Like I said, simple but fun!  I hope you'll come join us at CAS(E) this Sketch this week.  Have a great day!

Using the paper and adding slim
lines over the black makes for
    an interesting card. thanks

  4. Hey Chrissy,

Ha who could get tired of your posts - your cards are always unique and gorgeous. And wow, a 2 card day, stellar! I love your color choice for this challenge. The yellow and blacks (and polka dots) really create great contrast. The little holly is the perfect last touch. Hope you have many more multi-card days :)
