CTS #114

It's an awesome Thursday here in Iowa and it finally feels like spring.  I'm loving these temps and it is actually supposed to be almost 70 today!  Wow!  I'm just now coming down from the high of my amazing weekend of crafting with some amazing women down in Kansas.  What a great way to kick off some warmer weather.  These ladies are just the best and I feel so privileged to get to spend time with them.  Here's a quick picture of these gorgeous group!

Can you see my MASSIVE smile in the back?  Yup, I was a little excited.  Ha ha!  We had a great weekend and I can't wait until the next one.  Now, I guess it's time to share my take on the CAS(E) this Sketch challenge for the week.  Luckily, my card matches our t-shirts.  I wouldn't want it to clash.  Ha ha!

I had some fun with Lil' Inker Designs Wonky Squares Dies and Hey, Foxy Word Dies.  I had this gorgeous gold striped cardstock which I diecut with the largest Wonky Square Die and then diecut a smaller square out of that piece to add back to the center.  I placed these pieces on my pink cardstock and then diecut the Hey, Foxy Word Dies in both black and pink.  I offset these and then attached them to my card front.  Super simple but I think it captures the fun of the sketch.

I hope you'll join us at CAS(E) this Sketch this week.  Have a great one and here are the products I used:
