More Coloring

Yes, I colored another Ragdoll!  I just can't resist their cute little faces staring at me and telling me I need to color them.  I want to get all of them now or maybe I need a 12-step program.  It's unclear, but I know I just love using them on my cards.  So, I have a pile of colored, cut, and dressed ragdolls living on the corner of my desk just waiting for the perfect card to jump on.  Well, this week Jake found a home on this card of mine.  I think he's pretty happy with it.  Plus, I got to use my other obsession...clouds.  LOVE these!

Stamps:  Rag Doll Jake:  Cool, Cloudy Days Sentiments (Clear & Simple Stamps)
Die/Cut:  Rag Doll Jake, Clouds, Numbers (Clear & Simple Stamps)
Ink:  Tuxedo Black (Momento), Lido (Amuse)
Paper:  Cerulean (Hero Arts), White (Neenah), Various Patterns from Studio Calico Card KIts
Misc:  3D Foam Shapes (Scrapbook Adhesives), Copic Markers. Imprints 6 Impression Plate (Clear & Simple Stamps),
Cloud Washi Tape, Wooden Heart (Freckled Fawn), Enameled Dots (My Mind's Eye)

My colors and use of washi were totally inspired by Jen's awesome card over at Muse.  Go check it out.  It's AWESOME!  I changed up the blue a bit but I love the idea of the washi as an element of the background for an image.  Made a perfect spot for Jake to be on cloud 9.  ;)

  6. This guy is so cute - the 9 on the cloud caught my eye first. Then that tiny heart. Then I read about the washi and checked that out. So much fun on one card!
