CTS #234

It's another lovely Thursday here and I'm excited to share my card with you today for this new sketch.  If you haven't checked it out already, head on over to CAS(E) this Sketch to see this week's challenge and the team's amazing inspiration.  You won't want to miss it!  Here's the card I created for the week:

My card this week started with a little crazy stamping while playing with the Right At Home Let Love Grow stamp set.  I was playing around with different color combos and ways to use the stamps in the set when I stamped out this cute little plant and pot.  I knew it needed to be on a card right now.  So I looked at the CTS sketches and got to work.  I went with some polka dot paper for my background to echo the dots I added to the pot.  I cut a Stitched Circle Frame from My Favorite Things to help capture the sketch layout and provide a great landing spot for my plant.  I popped both elements up with foam tape and then added a sentient stamped on a piece of vellum using the Simple Sentiments stamp set from Right At Home.  Here's a closer look:
