Right At Home National Craft Month Blog Hop
I'm so happy that you are joining us today for the Right At Home National Craft Month Celebration Blog Hop. I was so excited when Nicole asked me to be part of this hop celebrating this amazing hobby of ours. Hopefully, you are enjoying the hop and are coming to my blog from the amazing Jill's blog. You won't want to miss all the amazing projects using the new Right At Home Make Something Beautiful Stamp Set released today in honor of this hop! Here's what I created with this adorable set:
I had this awesome piece of paper that looked like water colored shapes and I thought it would be perfect with the paint and paintbrush stamps in this adorable set. I stamped those along with the heart button and heart onto paper before coloring them with copics in colors that coordinate with the background paper. I didn't want the paint and brush on the same layer so I cut some black and white papers in strips and layered them with foam tape keeping the paint tube on the main cardfront and the brush elevated on the solid black strip to add a little dimension. I thought this sentiment was perfect for this card and decided to have it sneak in from under the raised layer but not extend the full l length of the cardfront. I thought this gave it a fun artsy look. Finally I added my stamped and colored hearts along with some enamel hearts to finish off the look. Here's a closer look:
Nicole is going to give away this amazing new stamp set to one lucky commenter along the bloghop. So keep hopping and commenting and you could win this adorable set.
Thanks again for stopping by my blog and I hope you enjoy the rest of the hop. You are off to Lisa's blog and I'm sure you'll be super inspired by her creation! Have a great day and get your craft on.
