It's day two of the Lil' Inker Designs New Release Hop and I get to share even more fun goodies with you today! I'm sure you've already been eyeing all the goodies since, lucky for you, you can get it all right now in the Lil' Inker Store. You should have come here from the amazing Karen Baker's blog. Hopefully, you can still see after she blinded you with her awesomeness! If you didn't, don't miss out on anything and make sure you start at the beginning of the hop by going to the Lil' Inker Blog. For now, I'm ready to show off some more fun stuff!
First up, I made a cute card using the Seen On Halloween Dies, Boo & Faces 2, and the Pumpkin Faces Die Set.
I started my card with this fun polkadot paper as a card base and then cut out and added texture to the the two coolest pumpkins ever using the Seen On Halloween Dies. Did you notice that you can cut pumkins and then add stitching using these dies? Absolutely the cutest little detail EVER! I wanted my front pumpkin to have a little extra personality so I used the Pumpkin Faces Die Set to give him a super happy face. Next, I stamped the sentiment I created with the Boo & Faces 2 set on a piece of brown stripe paper which I then layered on some black glitter paper and attached to the card. I thought the little pumpkins needed a little extra fun so I added some banners that I cut with the Sentiment Flag Original Die and stapled before attaching them to my pumpkin. Then I added a little bling to balance everything out.
My next card uses Wrappers Delight: Lattice, So Thankful Stamps, and the So Thankful Label Die.
I found this cute floral paper in a new 6x6 pad I bought and wanted to give it a go with the Wrappers Delight: Lattice. I hoped it wouldn't be too busy and in the end, with the Lattice in a solid color, I like it. I wanted to do something a little different so I cut my So Thankful Label Die from wood veneer paper and stamped two images from So Thankful Stamps onto it. I attached my wood frame to the Lattice and then a flower that I had from a long ago trip to Joanns. I felt it needed a little something extra so I added some frosted dots on the frame.
I hope you enjoyed my creations and will join the rest of the team on the hop. You'll want to leave comments along the way because Laura gives out a $15 Lil' Inker Designs store credit to a lucky commenter each day of the hop. It could be you. I'm sure I'll see you on the hop and tomorrow for another fun day of release projects. See you then!
Chrissy Larson <---Yup, that's me!!!
