CTS #82

Morning, everyone!  It's another gorgeous day here in Iowa and it is even better because I get to share this week's CAS(E) this Sketch challenge with you and I just happen to LOVE my card.  Don't you love when that happens?



How awesome is that sketch?  N@ Ali did an amazing job with it.  My card used a new stamp set from Sweet Stamp Shop that I just can't get enough of, Campout.  I just adore that little fire and the fire fly and I knew I had to use them on a card.  The sentiment...perfect for summer and the card couldn't have come together any easier.  I stamped the fire on X-Press It blending cardstock and colored with my copics.  The rest I stamped on this awesome background paper from one of my Studio Calico kits.  I added the fire to the card with some foam adhesive and finished it all off with a little bling.  It is simple and totally cute!  You know what else is totally cute?

Ha ha!!!  We had a summer cookout with 3 other families on Tuesday and it was AWESOME!  I set up 5 little swimming pools and all our water tables.  The kids had a blast.  We finished the evening off with smores and sparklers.  It was a perfect way to spend a summer afternoon/evening.  Luckily, my friends are better at capturing moments than I am so I have tons of pics from the day.  Including these of my little guy making faces for the camera.  Ha ha!!

    Eeek, I love this too!! The constellation paper is just perfect for camping ... you always see a million more stars than normal when you're out in the "wild". And just adorable photos of your son!!!

      Thanks, Kelly! That is one thing I love about living in Iowa, I see a ton of stars. However, Colorado Springs wins hands down for the most gorgeous night sky that I've ever seen. It felt like I could touch the stars when I went to school there.
