CTS #41!

I did it!  I made a card that doesn't have "hello" on it anywhere.  Are you impressed?  I'm feeling a tad bit of withdraw but I love my card so I'm doing alright.  ;)  Are you ready to see the sketch for the week?  Here's CAS(E) this Sketch #41:

I swear that I had a great idea in mind when I made this sketch but somehow, I couldn't remember what it was.  I'm beginning to think that I like to create sketches that stump everyone including myself.  Ha ha...maybe I should call it, "inspiring others to think outside the box"?  Better?  Anyway, here's my card for the week.  I actually LOVE how it turned out and I had been dying to use my Clear & Simple coffee set since I got it.

The funky shape behind the coffee cup is from the Lil' Inkers extra small and small bow dies.  I just used a portion of the die cut and layered them to imitate the shape on the sketch.  I think my original intent with the sketch was to make a Silhouette cut with words in the shape of the banner.  That didn't inspire me today but coffee never fails to inspire.  ;)  I hope you like my card and will come join us for Sketch #41 at CAS(E) this Sketch!

We had a blast at the fair.  There is nothing like the Iowa State Fair.  WOW!  Here's a quick pic of my littlest showing off his new hat and the craft he made at the John Deere tent.  Nothing runs like a Deere, you know.
