Numbers!

I have three cards for you today because I couldn't make up my mind which design I liked best while I was playing with my Silhouette.  That just means you get to see all three!

Today's cards are for The Cameo Spotlight's second challenge:  numbers!  I also made it for CAS-ual Friday's challenge #67:  Banners and Flags.  I used my Silhouette to cut my mask for this card.  It cuts through my masking paper perfectly and gives me exactly the template I want for whatever it is I'm making.  In this case, I was making a birthday card for my nephew's 5th birthday.  I started designing my number card and I couldn't decide if I wanted just a "5" in the center colored in or the area around the 5 colored in...so many decisions!  So, I ended up making three different cards with 2 different cuts from my Silhouette.  I finished all of the designs off with a happy banner that I made using a circle chopped off to make my string and some text for the letters.  I'm pretty happy with how they turned out!  Hope you like them!

Stamps:  Jibber Jabber (The Alley Way Stamps)
Inks:  Enchanted Evening, Ocean Tides, Aqua Mist, Hawaiian Shores (PTI)
Paper:  Stamper's Select White, Enchanted Evening, Vellum (PTI)
Misc:  Foam Tape (Scotch), Makeup Sponges, Silhouette Cameo

  3. Sounds like you had some crafty fun with the projects Chrissy! Love the ombre effect you've created here! My personal favor is the last one with a raised frame panel on the front. Did you cut the happy banner with vellum? beautiful! Thank you for joining us in the Cameo Spotlight Challenge! Happy crafting!

    1. Thanks, Nina! Yes, the happy banner is vellum. I'm surprised how nicely the Cameo cuts vellum. Not sure why...it cuts everything else like a dream! ;)
