Day 7 and Topsy Turvy Challenge!

Today in A Cut Above, we learned how to create our own "patterned paper" out of designs we had or could easily make.  We also covered welding shapes to make backgrounds and using the offset tool.  There were tons of little tips and tricks that helped me along the way!  For today's card, I decided to go with some text used as the entire design of the card and created some patterns with lines, dots, and two other patterns I had already downloaded (one is Silhouette's free shape of the week).  I also used a color inspiration swatch from Design Seeds.  I LOVE that site!

This card also works awesome with the challenge going on over at A Blog Named Hero!

The "D's" on this card are on the print and cut card front I made to set up my design.  Each "A" is a different pattern I created with different shapes and then print and cut on white.  The banner is also print and cut while the heart is just cut out of red cardstock!  The banner and heart are popped up with foam tape and the heart is finished off with some glossy accents!

Paper: Eggshell, White, Grenadine (Hero Arts), Simply Chartreuse (PTI)
Misc:  Silhouette Cameo, Foam Tape (Scotch), Glossy Accents (Ranger)

Also, I wanted to note that so many people liked the "Hello" design I did yesterday that I added an upload of the .studio file to my post from yesterday!  If you liked it, you can make it now too!  (Hopefully it works as I've never done it before!)  Thanks so much for all the wonderful comments!
