Lil' Inker Designs December Release Day #3

   

Well, it's the last day of our new release hop at Lil' Inker Designs and I'm super excited to show off these last couple products.  Hopefully, you started out at the the Lil' Inker Blog so you don't miss a stop on the hop and have come here from the amazing Amy's blog.  If you are feeling a little lost, make sure you hop back to the Lil' Inker Blog to get back on the trail of fun.  You can also check out the Lil' Inker Store where all of the new release goodies, and a whole lot more, are ready and waiting for you to put in your cart!

My card on this final day uses Cozy Plaid Stamps, Hugs Word Die Set, Comfy Cocoa Stamps and the Comfy Cocoa Die Set with the coordinating previously released Coffee Talk 2 Die Set.

This card was a blast to make!  I started by creating my mug of striped colors.  I layered the strips one by one on a thinner piece of cards stock and then but my mug from the newly created striped paper using the mug from Coffee Talk 2 Die Set.  I embossed a heart from the Comfy Cocoa Stamps in green on the front of my mug before adding the cocoa piece and the marshmallows from the new Comfy Cocoa Die Set.   With my mug completed, I went to work creating the rest of the card.  I cut a piece of white card stock with a Dual Stitched Rectangle for my sentiment which is actually one I modified a bit with the use of my scissors.  I cut the "hug" out of the sentiment from Comfy Cocoa Stamps so that I could use a stack of three Hugs Word Die cuts in green.  I added a little touch of black here and there to make sure the light green popped on the white.  I added my mug to my sentiment and then I had to find a good landing spot for it all.  What better spot to land than on a cute buffalo plaid Dual Stitched Rectangle stamped with the Cozy Plaid Stamps.  I started to add that straight to a black card base but something just wasn't right so, I threw in an extra layer of pink to bring out the colors of my mug.  Lots of layers can be lots of fun!  Here's a closer look:

Lil' Inker Designs December Release Day #1

Hi, you guys!  It's day one of the Lil' Inker Designs New Release Blog Hop and I'm super excited to share all the new products with you!  I think you are really going to enjoy this release and all the new inspiration from our team.  It's packed with fun, as always and, lucky for you, all the new products are available right now at the Lil' Inker Store!  We have an amazing blog hop for you today so, hopefully, you are coming from Amy's blog and if not, you won't want to miss her amazing creations!  Make sure you didn't miss anyone and start at the Lil' Inker Blog.  Now for the fun!

Today I'm sharing my cute little winter tag with you and I just know you will love it. 
 

I created this tag by stamping some red card stock with the awesome new buffalo plaid stamp in the Cozy Plaid Stamps set.   Next, I layered some vellum "hills" on the plaid paper cut using some of the Border Builder dies before cutting the whole thing out with a dotted tag die.  Next, I stamped and colored the adorable penguins from our new Good Cheer Stamps before cutting them out with the Good Cheer Die Set.  I added these cuties to my tag with a sentiment from Good Cheer Stamps stamped on another strip of vellum.  I finished it all off with some sequins, snowflakes, and twine.  Here's a closer look:
